Containing a non-poison growth inhibitor, stations are placed around a property at set intervals and draw termites away from the home. The baits attract termites, which inturn, ingest the inhibitor. This results in the inhibtor spreading through the colony, preventing it from increasing in size and population.

Spot treatments are liquid termiticides which are applied directly to the termites with the results being immediate. Termite reticulation systems consist of a network of pipes layed around the perimeter of a home much like a garden watering system. Chemical is delivered into the soil through the pipe which is buried beside the outside walls of the home.
